If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return;
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Sheepy Chill has the right to decline returns if the product is not returned in its original condition or returned outside of the 14-day period. Please be aware any delivery fee incurred is non-refundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved (Refund Case), we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If your return is approved (Exchange Case), we will exchange the product and ship for you. You have to pay the shipping cost in this case.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post. Sheepy Chill will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.
